Returns

Due to the nature of our products (research peptides), we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrectly supplied.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank account).

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned.
